Setting Up Chrome On PC
Step 1: To sign in to your Google account in Chrome on PC, open a new tab on Chrome and click on three dots present at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Click on Sync option and check that “open tabs” option has been enabled.
Setting Up Chrome On Mobile Device
Step 1: Once you are done, go to another device where you want to view the open tabs, say on Android/ iPhone device. Open Google Chrome on your device and click on three dots icon present at the top right corner of the screen.
Fordemonstration purpose, we’ll use an Android device. Rest assured, steps will remain the same for iOS users.
Step 2: Click on Settings. A new screen appears. Click on “Sign In To Chrome” option. Enter the e-mail address and password of your google account, which you want to sync it with Chrome and click on Continue.
Step 3: Now, click on the Username of the account and then, click on Sync. Here, make sure that “open tabs” option has been enabled.
Syncing Google Chrome Between Computers
Step 4: Finally, restart your Chrome browser on all your devices. Open tabs on your PC and then, head towards the Chrome browser on any of your device. Click on three dots option and select “Recent Tabs”. You will see that all the open tabs on your PC are visible on your smartphone.
Note: Make sure that the Sync feature is turned on and is signed in with the same google account, else this feature will not work. This is how you are going to sync open tabs on Chrome.

Sync Open Tabs On Chrome Across Devices
There are various ways to view open tabs on a PC, Mac, or other devices. Though history page takes more focus and time, it will provide you everything including open tabs from each synced device. However, according to me, the more productive and sensible approach to sync open Chrome tabs across multiple devices is by finding Recent Tabs option. It shows all the current tabs which are being opened on other devices, rather than covering the entire history.
